A structurally controlled badland landscape

The development of badlands is linked to a range of forming processes and controlling factors such as lithological conditions, weathering processes, pre-existing landforms, human impact and tectonic control. In our recent publication, we present our research results of a structurally controlled badland landscape in a semi-arid Mediterranean climate using a multidisciplinary approach.
